Svakom Mini Emma Neo - App-controlled massaging vibrator (purple)

The Svakom Mini Emma Neo smart massage vibrator is a compact, elegant and intelligent massage wand that delivers maximum pleasure with powerful vibrations and app control.

Why is the Svakom Mini Emma Neo smart massage vibrator so good?

Despite its discreet size, the Svakom Mini Emma Neo massage vibrator provides extremely powerful stimulation. The five vibration modes and ten intensity levels let you create a fully personalised experience, while the intelligent mode imitates a natural sexual rhythm for an even more intense sensation. Thanks to its waterproof design, it can be used in the shower or bath, and app control allows for remote operation and interactive functions.

KooSync is SVAKOM’s official interactive app, replacing the FeelConnect application. The new app takes the experience to the next level with real-time video synchronisation, remote control and enhanced data security.

Main features:

• Real-time video synchronisation - the device automatically follows the rhythm and intensity of the interactive video
• Remote control - your partner can take over control from anywhere
• Multi-device and group connections at the same time

Instructions for use

SVAKOM Bluetooth products can be controlled with two free applications (iPhone and Android): the SVAKOM App and the KooSync App. Pairing is simple with both, and most functions do not require registration.

Step-by-step Bluetooth pairing (SVAKOM App):

• Download the SVAKOM App for free from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
• Fully charge the product before first use - a low battery is the most common cause of connection issues.
• Switch on Bluetooth on your phone.
• Open the SVAKOM App and allow the requested permissions (Bluetooth and location access, if prompted).
• Switch on the product and hold it close to your phone - the app will automatically find and connect to it.
• For solo use you do not need an account. For Remote Control and Group Mode you must log in for secure sharing.
• After connecting, choose between the modes: Preset, Music, Sound, Touch and Custom, as well as partner remote control.

Bluetooth pairing with the KooSync App:

• Download the KooSync App to your phone or tablet; for a larger screen, the KooSync Chrome extension is also available for PC.
• Switch on Bluetooth, open the KooSync app, allow the requested permissions, then switch on the product - it will connect automatically within a few seconds.
• KooSync offers real-time, lag-free synchronisation and also provides video sync: it aligns the product frame-perfectly with interactive video content.

If the product does not connect (in either app):

• Check that the product is charged and compatible with the app.
• Make sure Bluetooth is enabled and you have granted the app the necessary permissions.
• Close and reopen the app, and switch Bluetooth off and on again in your phone settings.
• Disconnect any other device that may be paired with the product, and do not choose Guest access before connecting.
• If it still doesn’t work, restart your phone or reinstall the app.

Good to know: when you accept an incoming phone call, the connection may be interrupted - you can reconnect after the call. Most devices switch off automatically after 30 minutes of inactivity. Group Mode and video synchronisation work best with a stable internet connection.

Charging connection

• The device can be charged with the included USB-C charging cable.
• Full charging time is approx. 1.5 hours, which provides around 2 hours of use.

Things to keep in mind when using the Svakom Mini Emma Neo smart massage vibrator:

• Clean thoroughly before and after use.
• Use only water-based lubricant to protect the silicone surface.
• Do not use the device while it is charging.
• Keep it away from sharp objects and direct sunlight.
• Ensure the charging port is completely dry before the next use or charging.
