GUARANTEE (RMA)

GUARANTEE - Product Guarantee for Reseller Partners

„Basic” Guarantee conditions:

Basic guarantee means, if the product not re-saled (to the customer) yet, and the error (malfunction or factory defect) revealed/found at the reseller Partner. Valid for all products except LELO, We-Vibe and Womanizer items.

„Full” Guarantee conditions:

We provide 1 year warranty for the following products, even if the product was resold, ie it was already shipped and get back to and from the Customer.

LELO vibrating products (terms: valid LELO Warranty card, which is packed with the product)
Satisfyer vibrating products
We-Vibe vibrating products

Guarantee service steps:

Indicate product error by filling in the following form.
Return the product as soon as possible with an invoice copy.

Notice of the acceptance of your Guarantee claim (sending to you a replacement product or credit the item/refund in your next invoice)
