How to use

Step‑by‑step Bluetooth pairing (SVAKOM App):

• Download the SVAKOM App free from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
• Fully charge the product before first use - a low battery is the most common cause of connection problems.
• Switch on Bluetooth on your phone.
• Open the SVAKOM App and allow the requested permissions (Bluetooth, and location access if asked).
• Switch on the product and hold it close to your phone - the app will automatically find and connect to it.
• For solo use you don’t need an account. For Remote Control and the Group Mode group function you must log in, for secure sharing.
• After connection, choose from the modes: Preset (pre‑set patterns), Music, Sound, Touch and Custom (bespoke pattern), plus partner remote control.

Bluetooth pairing with the KooSync App:

• Download the KooSync App to your phone or tablet; for a larger screen you can use the KooSync Chrome extension on PC.
• Turn on Bluetooth, open the KooSync app, allow the requested permissions, then switch on the product - it will connect automatically within a few seconds.
• KooSync provides real‑time, low‑latency synchronisation and also offers video sync: it matches the product frame‑by‑frame with interactive video content.
