How to use

Remove the mattress or lift up one end and place the X‑strap in the middle of the bed so that the four arms run towards the four corners. Put the mattress back - the ends of the four arms should stick out at the sides of the bed. Adjust the length of the X‑strap so that the rings can be reached comfortably at wrist and ankle level. Fasten the wrist and ankle cuffs on your partner, adjust them to size, then use the carabiner clips to hook them onto the rings on the strap.
