How to use:

Use the thinner head for anal washing and the thicker one for vaginal rinsing.
Always clean the product before use, then fill the balloon with lukewarm water under the tap. Next, slowly insert it into the anus or vagina and inject the water by squeezing the balloon. For anal washing, keep the fluid inside for a moment, then release, and repeat the process until the outgoing fluid is completely clear.
