You only need to move it up and down - the twisting is handled for you by the TENGA Spinner Tetra .
Why is the TENGA Spinner Tetra masturbator so good? The Spinner range differs from traditional strokers in that it has a spiral structure running through its casing: when you move it up and down, it twists and then springs back, so the up-and-down movement is combined with a twisting motion . The inner surface has a ridged, noduled pattern , so the sensation isn’t uniform, but constantly changing. The material is a flexible elastomer that adapts to a wide range of sizes, and you can easily control the tightness with your hand - a firmer grip means a more intense feeling. By covering the small opening near the end , you can also create a suction effect. It can be turned inside out and washed, so it isn’t single-use: its case is also suitable for drying, so you don’t have to search for somewhere to put it between uses.

You adjust the tightness during use with your grip, and you create the suction effect by covering the small opening at the end. After use, turn it inside out, wash it through, and leave it to dry completely in a well‑ventilated place, in its case.
Things to bear in mind when using the TENGA Spinner Tetra It won’t last forever. The flexible material will eventually wear out - if it becomes sticky or starts to tear, it’s time to replace it.Use water‑based lubricant only - silicone‑ and oil‑based products attack the elastomer.Drying takes time. If you close it up while still damp, it will deteriorate more quickly, so let it dry completely in the case. The material is porous , so it is recommended for personal use only and cannot be sterilised.Storage - keep dry, protected from dust, and out of direct sunlight.Cleaning recommendations After use, turn it inside out and wash thoroughly with lukewarm water and mild soap, rinse, then leave it to dry completely in a well‑ventilated place. We recommend using the disinfectant cleaning spray (5999576181983), available separately.
