Consult your healthcare provider or gynecologist before starting to use the vaginal dilator set!

First, create an environment that helps you relax, then mentally prepare yourself to use the product. Relaxation is very important!
Make sure you won't be disturbed during use!

Recommended Practice:

Clean the product before use
Take a comfortable sitting or lying position, with your legs slightly apart
Begin the practice with the smallest dilator!
Apply water-based lubricant to both the dilator and the vaginal opening
Breathe calmly, and gently, slowly insert the dilator into the vagina.
Insert only as far as it feels comfortable and not unpleasant.
Hold the dilator in the vagina or at the entrance for a few minutes
Begin to move the dilator back and forth, but do not completely remove it!
Slowly pull out and insert the dilator five times in a row, then move it circularly, first right to left, then left to right
Repeat the sequence 3-4 times to help expand the vaginal walls
When done, slowly remove the dilator and relax for a few more minutes
If the smallest dilator moves easily, your vaginal wall is ready for the next larger dilator
With the larger dilators, repeat the same sequence until you feel the expansion is sufficient
Stretching exercises are recommended 2-4 times a week
