Strengthen your pelvic floor muscles and overcome penetration difficulties with the Sweet Smile Vaginal Trainers training sets! 3 gradually increasing sizes - the perfect aid in cases of vaginismus, for post‑partum or post‑menopausal rehabilitation, as well as for beginners getting used to penetration.

Why choose this vaginal trainer set?

3 gradually increasing sizes - progress at your own pace at every level: beginner (2.2 cm), intermediate (2.9 cm), advanced (3.4 cm).
An excellent choice in cases of vaginismus - gradual dilation helps you overcome fear of penetration and excessive muscle tension.
Pelvic floor (Kegel) exercises and incontinence prevention - conscious muscle training to strengthen the pelvic floor.
Post‑partum and post‑menopausal rehabilitation - helps restore vaginal elasticity.
100% skin‑friendly, soft‑touch silicone - safe even for sensitive skin and those prone to allergies.
Safety retrieval ring - makes removal simple and worry‑free, in every size.
Tapered, rounded tip for easier and pain‑free insertion.
Slightly flexible design that adapts to your anatomy.
100% waterproof - can be used in the bath or shower (contains no electrical components).
Delivered in discreet packaging.

Important information - please note:

According to the manufacturer’s instructions, it is suitable for vaginal use only - anal use is not recommended (also due to the design of the retrieval ring).
Use water‑based lubricant only - silicone‑based lubricants damage the material.
Always clean and disinfect thoroughly before and after each use.
When storing, make sure it does not come into contact with other silicone products.
If you experience pain or bleeding, stop using the product and consult a doctor or gynaecologist.
During pregnancy, or in case of urinary tract or gynaecological infection, consult a doctor before use.

How to use

Always start with the smallest size - do not skip this step, even if you are an experienced user.
Get into a comfortable position (lying down, with back support), then breathe calmly and relax.
Coat the trainer generously with water‑based lubricant and gently insert it as far as feels comfortable - do not force it.
Consciously tense and then relax your pelvic floor muscles (Kegel exercise) - try to hold the trainer in place.
Practise for a few minutes each day - you may notice visible results after just a few weeks of regular use.
Only move up to a larger size once you can use the current one comfortably and without pain.
After use, gently remove it using the retrieval ring.
