Use:
Thanks to the variable design, you can use it as a single geyser ball (without extractor, only for super advanced players!) or as a duo with the single extractor and geyser ball. You simply hold it in the sleeve and do push-pull release exercises, repeating the exercise for a maximum of 15 minutes. Increasingly heavier balls can be used to intensify the workout.
