The Siberian ginseng is a shrub native to the Far East, which has the peculiarity of being able to grow only in shade. Ginseng supplements contain the root of the plant in powdered form. Ingredients: powdered ginseng, emulsifier (microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose), anti-caking agent (stearic acid, magnesium stearate)

Recommended Intake. During periods of high stress, the dose may be increased to 2 tablets per day (after breakfast, after lunch). After 6 weeks of continuous use, a break of 1-2 weeks is recommended.

Warning: not recommended for people with high blood pressure, may affect blood sugar levels. Due to its adaptogenic effect, consumption for more than 6 weeks is not recommended
