The set includes:

Usage:
The appropriately sized testicle ring should be threaded up to the balls of the penis, so that it encompasses both the male member and the testicles.
Then the locking loop should be threaded through the overall straps of the cage and the locking pin inserted.
The male member can now be inserted into the cage and the loop pulled up to the testicles, threaded into the longitudinal passage of the overall straps.
The opening of the tightly closed strap is fitted over the locking pin and the strap can be closed.
A padlock or seal can be used to close the lock.
