Device control:
Press the middle power button briefly; the top rim starts flashing white, and the first program initiates after 3 seconds. Launch motors and switch modes by pressing this button again.
Next to the power button, you’ll find a "+" and a "-" button on the left and right. Use them to adjust intensity levels of a given mode. Start stronger, so if suddenly too intense, adjust downwards.
