Usage:

Once you have placed the ball that suits you in the silicone holder, insert the geisha ball into your vagina, by placing it only in the first third of your vagina. Under no circumstances should it be pushed up there like a tampon, because then you are not stimulating muscle work, you are just putting unnecessary pressure on your internal organs.

You simply need to keep it in the vagina and do pressure-relieving exercises, repeated for a maximum of 15 minutes. Increasingly heavier balls can make the workout more intense.
