Dosage:
Take orally with 2-3dl of liquid approximately 35-45 minutes before act, swallow 1 capsule.
For continuous use, it is recommended to take 1 capsule every 2-3 days.
Avoid excessive alcohol consumption and do not eat fatty foods before and immediately after taking the product. Alcohol can negatively affect the potency-enhancing effect and fatty foods make it difficult to absorb the active ingredients.

Pine bark extract 50 mg
Tongkat Ali root extract 50 mg
Carnitine (L-Carnitine) 50 mg
Hawthorn extract 30 mg
