EROS Aqua - water-based lubricant: maximum skin-friendly, dermatologically tested, medical, water-based lubricant. Completely fragrance and oil free. Easy to wash off, leaves no stains. Can be used with latex condoms without damaging the material. Comes in a handy 50ml tube with a resealable cap.

The product dries relatively quickly, which can make it sticky, but you can dilute it with water to make the surface smooth again without using too much.
