Five balls in different weights, vibration function and wireless remote control - Dorcel Training Balls are both a training tool and a secret source of pleasure at the same time.

Why is the Dorcel Training Balls geisha ball set so good?

Dorcel Training Balls is a complete pelvic floor training set that enables gradual progress with five balls of different weights - from the lightest 20 g ball to the heavier 65 g version. The single and double holders can be combined as you like, so everyone can tailor the workout to their own level. With 15 minutes of daily use, noticeable changes in pelvic floor strength and orgasm quality can usually be felt within 1-2 months.

How to use

Start with the lightest, 20 g ball - place it in the single holder, apply a water-based lubricant and insert it into the vagina. Perform squeeze-and-release exercises for up to 15 minutes. As your muscles become stronger, gradually move on to a heavier ball or try the double holder. You can do the exercises during your usual activities at home - but use the double ball only once you have reached at least an intermediate level.

Charging / connection

The vibrating ball is charged with the magnetic USB cable, which attaches to the two metal contact points. The remote control runs on a battery, which is included in the set.

Things to watch out for when using Dorcel Training Balls

The vibrating ball and the remote control are splashproof only, not fully waterproof: remove the vibrating ball before showering or bathing and replace it with one of the non-vibrating weights.
Do not store silicone parts in direct contact with each other: silicone materials can damage each other over time - store them separately.
Use water-based lubricant only: the silicone holder can be damaged by silicone-based lubricants. Clean and disinfect thoroughly before and after every use.
