Use:Lubricate the silicone ring on the suction cup - this will help to create a vacuum.
Gently place the cup in the desired area with the handle up and facing you.
Press the power button and change the suction speed. After a few seconds, you won't even need to hold it.
If you want a nice vibration, now's the time to switch on the vibration function.

Controls:There are three buttons on the pump handle:
Button with circle: press briefly to activate the suction. Short press shortly. The suction motor is switched off by pressing and holding.
Button with wave: Press briefly to activate the vibration. Press shortly to select the 7 vibration modes. Press and hold to turn off the vibration motor.
AIR RELEASE: The vacuum can be released with a single press.
Key lock: to turn the key lock on and off, press and hold both the suction (circle) and vibration (wave) buttons simultaneously. When the key lock is active, the push buttons do not react.
