Use:

First, create an environment in which you can relax and then try to get yourself in the right frame of mind to use the product. Relaxation is very important!
Make sure that no one disturbs you while you are using it!

Suggested practice:

Be sure to clean the product before use
Assume a comfortable sitting or lying position, with a comfortable low spread
Start the exercise with the smallest sleeve expander!
Apply water-based lubricant to both the dilator and your vaginal opening
Breathe calmly, then gently and slowly push the dilator into your vagina.
Only push until it feels comfortable and not uncomfortable.
Hold the dilator in your vagina or at the entrance to the vagina for a few minutes, where it feels better
Start moving the dilator back and forth, but it is important not to pull the dilator all the way out!
Five times in a row, gently and slowly pull out and push in the dilator, then move the device in a circular motion, first from right to left, then from left to right
Repeat the movement 3-4 times to help the vaginal wall dilate
When you are done, very slowly pull out the dilator and relax for a few minutes
Once the smallest dilator is moving easily inside you, your vaginal wall is ready to receive the one larger dilator
Repeat the same movements with larger dilators until you feel sufficiently dilated
Stretching exercises should be done 2-4 times a week
