Get this:

Clean thoroughly before first use and after each use
Remove the suction cup only by squeezing it, thus eliminating the vacuum
Only use a retaining ring of a size that does not cause pain and/or injury, excessive tightness

Use:

Just squeeze the bell at the belly with your fingers, place it on your nipple and release. As the bell springs back to its original position, you'll feel the divine suctioning sensation, as well as your nipples getting more and more engorged! You can remove the bells by squeezing them again a little with your finger, eliminating the vacuum. While the vacuum sucks your nipple, roll the pre-attached retaining ring off the beak to keep your nipple hard.

Cleaning suggestion:
