Pay attention to this:

Use only a size of securing ring that doesn't cause pain or injury, excessive tightness

How to use:

Simply squeeze the bell at its base, place it over your nipple and let go. As the bell snaps back to its original shape, you'll feel the divine suction sensation and see your nipples getting increasingly perky! You can remove the bells by squeezing them a bit with your fingers, thereby releasing the vacuum. While the vacuum is sucking your nipple, slide the pre-placed securing ring off the nozzle to maintain your nipple's firmness.
